A Little about myself; My name is Misty, I'm currently 27 and live in Tri-Cities, Washington. Currently I am working as a Volunteer in Service to America, with AMERICORPS. For the last two years I have been working within my community with RECA Foundation to refurbish computer systems for low income families, to show them the benefits of technology and a quality life.
Along with RECA, I'm also involved with 4People.org; an online county resource directory for Washington State. 4People offers free community resources, that are county specific, and all free. They also offer case management features for Case Workers, as well as shelter tracking tools for emergency situations. Part of my job is to help maintain the database, with correct and easy to read contact information, websites, and addresses.
This is my last year of service, and soon afterwards, I'll be starting classes at the community college.
I started selling Avon products about a month ago, when I noticed that a lot of my friends and family were using Avon (myself included!), and all of them went to different people. I thought, well... why not make it easier for them to shop for their favorite products, while getting to stay in touch with their favorite person, me!
